Clockify for RMPFC Chaplains
Clockify is a free tool used by our chaplains to track their hours, to produce volunteering reports for their agency, and to better understand where their chaplaincy hours are being utilized. RMPFC has set up a chaplain account and continues to update it to best serve our chaplains.
Clockify has an easy to use interface to enter the volunteer hours you have done and just a couple of clicks to generate a report. Once you have entered the activity or “What you have worked on?”, select your agency (or the agency you served with), select the tag describing the type of activity you engaged with, enter the hours served, date served, and click add. There are two types of hourly tracking seen on the right, either as a stopwatch (tracking real time) or the three bar icon which allows you to enter your activity after the service is complete. Here is an example of a monthly report for one of our chaplains.
Clockify is available for your desktop through a website URL link or you can download the app to use on the go.
